Honor, or Dignity?
Somebody's going to have to tell me whether this comes under the heading of returning honor to the White House, or dignity.
David Safavian, then-chief of staff of the General Services Administration and a former Abramoff lobbying associate, concealed from federal investigators that Abramoff was seeking to do business with GSA when Safavian joined him on a golf trip to Scotland in 2002, according to an
FBI affidavit and the officials.
Yep. The guy who's
in charge of fairness in government contracting has been indicted on corruption charges. That story doesn't mention that he worked for Jack Abramoff before coming to GSA, or that he'd previously worked for Grover Norquist.
Worst. Administration. Ever.
